Karliee is built and maintained by WDMCTech, a software company focused on practical tools for real-world teams. It grew out of a problem we kept running into ourselves: the teams doing client work — agencies, consultants, and service providers — were stitching together separate apps for tasks, projects, clients, and the services they deliver. Context lived everywhere and nowhere.
So we built Karliee: one connected workspace where the work, the clients it's for, and the services being delivered all live together. It's deliberately made for service teams rather than software teams — no steep learning curve and no engineering-first assumptions, just the tools a team needs to plan work, keep clients informed, and deliver on time.

Alicia Davis is the founder of Karliee and the senior .NET architect behind its platform — a Penn State computer scientist with 10+ years building enterprise software. She created Karliee after finding other CRMs hard to navigate, wanting one system to unify client and work management in one place.
