Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Karliee, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@karliee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Karliee offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of renewal — contact us to request one.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Karliee to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to Karliee without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Karliee (tasks, projects, files, etc.). By using Karliee, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Karliee platform — including its design, software, branding, and documentation — is owned by WDMCTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Karliee without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Karliee may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Karliee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or free from interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDMCTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Karliee. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled. Export your data before cancelling.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Karliee after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
